A new face!
This started out as my own little blog where I blogged about the random stuff I made.
Lately it have become more and more about Arduino, and during that I also managed to infect one of my friends, and he will now also be blogging here about the things he make and the things he discover. 
Fitness?!
WHAT? Fitness? HELL NO!!! ... that is what I would have said some years ago.
The fact however, is that it probably would be good for me, and after Chrisser asked if I wanted to start with her, it was a bit hard to say not. Wasn't easy to say yes either, but I did!
The next question is, how much will we actually do it? Hopefully we can pull each other out of the sofa and get our asses down there!
My house, before and now
While cleaning up in some old folders, I felt over some old pictures of my house. These are from before we did anything to it, and before the previous owner moved out.

Spam, but why?
After looking over many of the spam comments I get, I really ask my self WHY???
Most of them makes no sense at all, it is just random characters with a dead url attached to them. I really don't get it. It seems like they are only made to irritate people instead of actually promote something, but with a full automated system to take care of the spam, I don't see the point.
Anyone who can enlighten me and explain what is so genius about spam that doesn't make any sense?
Stargate Universe
I just watched some episodes from the first season of Stargate Universe, and I am a bit disappointed.
Starting out with a mess, and at the same time flashes around between characters and their backgrounds plus between two planets and even time difference at the same time.
Then when things settle down, they apparently really settle down! And by that, I mean that there aren't really any meat on the bones... They fight each other more than actually fighting anything else mixed with Rush being an ass to everyone and constantly doing things without telling anyone else about it, and at the same time makes it look suspicious, sometimes without even being it...
At the same time the ship just flies on auto pilot, where they only use very little time to actually gain control, and mostly talk about exploring the ship, instead of showing any of it.
But why am I that disappointed? I am because I first watched Stargate SG-1 and it was fun. The serious Samantha Carter and Daniel Jackson, mixed with the silly Jack O'Neill and serious but still funny Teal'c. That was fun and interesting to watch, and see how they handled the problems in each their way. It was at the same time mixed with them coming across superior technology and sometimes getting their asses kicked by other races.
Next up was Stargate Atlantis, where they arrived and the city started to automatically service them and at the same time allowed them in, but not just letting all the clothes drop right away. They now had some superior technology to their disposal, and was able to use it too. They still traveled to other places, meet others and found new friends and enemies.
What do we have in SG:U so far? We got a ship that won't allow them in, they fight each other more than the problems they face, plus all they got is old and outdated stuff. At the same time the whole theme seems to be changed more into a girlfriend friendly series spiced up with sci-fi.
So is SG:U badly made? Not necessarily, but after two other series I totally liked, it changed to something without any of the things I liked from the other. Okay, we do see some of them have sex but that is not why I decide to see Sci-Fi, there are plenty of other material to please that desire.

Was at the hospital to get my finger fixed... Just another 2-3 days before I can start to use a normal mouse again...
